The RUNATL Podcast is hosted by Big Peach Running Co. Founder, Mike Cosentino, and Director of Marketing, Dave “D2” Martinez. This week on the RUNATL Podcast we welcome a good friend, Ben Gray. He shares how he got started in running 10 years ago, living/running in Jerusalem, and his return to Atlanta continuing his work as a photojournalist covering recent events.
We continue to adapt to the requirements associated with Covid-19… and keep those most substantially affected by this virus in our hearts and prayers. We will get to the other side of this. We will be better for it. And we are most certainly all in this together.
This is our first episode back, as we were able to return to our studio. And, man, did we make the extra effort worth it! Our Featured Guest is Ben Gray. As a staff photographer for the Atlanta-Journal Constitution for 18 years, an ultrarunner, a recent resident of Israel and frontline photojournalist during the recent unrest, he has brought his occupational calling and personal passion for running and fitness together in creative, constructive ways! This is a conversation that is both timely and timeless.

Here is the cool video referenced that Ben did on assignment for the AJC where I was an invited guest to document the Beltline before much of the construction. This video is over six (6) years old now – – and so much progress has been made!

As always, thank you for listening… and for all your support. Hang in there, Friends! YOU are why this journey is still so satisfying… We so sincerely hope to see you soon! In the meantime, MAY YOUR BEST MILES BE THOSE COVERED ON FOOT!
