Hello, Friends!

We use this episode to get on the figurative soapbox…  Unapologetically.  More specifically, we invite three (3) friends of ours into the Featured Conversation (Kayla Kelly, Suzanne Ross, and Jessica Rossi) to talk about “Wellness in the Workplace.”  Exercise, nutrition, wellness, healthy choices – – it all belongs in your work environment and ours!  This episode gives all of us ways we can begin or further such in fun, effective ways wherever we may work…  Join us as we bring new meaning to the expression, “it’s a healthy job market!”

The Show Notes are below…

Here’s a cool picture from the recently concluded Cox 5K – – a private race for Cox Enterprises employees and their families.  We received a special invitation…  So cool!  It has chip timing, King-of-Pops for everyone and plenty of rightful of enthusiasm for all of the participants!
