The RUNATL Podcast is hosted by Big Peach Running Co. Founder, Mike Cosentino, and Director of Marketing, Dave “D2” Martinez. This week “D2” takes over as he interviews our owners, Mike Cosentino and Steve DeMoss as our Feature Conversation. With Small Business Saturday coming up, we wanted to use this opportunity for you to learn more about how Big Peach Running Co. started and what drove them to open up the first stores over 13 years ago.
This week “D2” takes over the mic and puts our owners, Mike Cosentino and Steve DeMoss in the hot seat. First of all congratulations to Rob Jones as he completed his journey to run 31 marathons in 31 days! He finished appropriately on Veterans Day this past Saturday. Don’t forget, you can still donate to support the wounded veterans charities that are part of Rob’s mission.
For those of you that were unable to make to the run, below is a video “D2” put together that captures a small slice of this journey.
On this episode, we learn how Mike and Steve first met and how Big Peach Running Co. got its start. Mike and Steve share their stories about racing and how each of them got started in running as neither were runners, to begin with.
