Robert shares how he got into cycling, got dropped at group rides, got stronger, and his mission to create a friendlier environment for all cyclists through the Atlanta Winter Bike League. He’s very passionate about cycling in the Atlanta area and shares how he almost got arrested advocating for cyclists. We also discuss training and how runners can benefit from logging miles on the bike.
