I visited the Church St Decatur store this morning to try on shoes. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted and assured I would be taken care of as the associates were all busy with current customers as it is the day after Thanksgiving. I had a chance to browse and observe the associates with their current customers. As soon as possible I was helped by a lovely young woman (forgot to get her name). She performed the 3D scan and recommended some insoles and then brought a variety of shoes. I purchased both.
I just wanted to say that everyone I observed was so professional and courteous. Kudos to the staff!
