We experienced great customer service from Colin at the Decatur store recently. He helped my husband choose a watch and then expedited a transfer from another store when they did not have the color he wanted. Colin also addressed a problem I had with a previous purchase that had premature wear in the toe box. Great service and knowledgeable.
