Erin is awesome! The last associate I worked with did not do a thorough job at all in evaluating my needs to match me with good shoes resulting in me having to return to exchange the shoes. However, today I had a very pleasant experience working with Erin! She’s very knowledgeable, super sweet, and respectfully patient. She kindly brought out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try on, explained each one, and allowed me to run outside in order to compare. Thanks to her I have comfortable shoes that I am happy with.
