I received exceptional service today
I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to send a quick note to say that I received exceptional service today at your Windward location. Wade greeted me right when I walked in, was SO welcoming and kind, and went above and beyond to find my ideal running shoe. He brought out several pairs of shoes (I think he might have brought out 6 different shoes for me to try!), did research at other stores, etc.
I have been shopping at your store for at least 5 years and have several pairs of running shoes from Big Peach. Wade is by far the best person who has helped me at your store. I wanted to recognize him as his upbeat and positive demeanor is just what we all need in these tough times right now. Please let me know if there is anything additional I can do to make sure Wade is recognized for his superior service.
