You have probably noticed the sweet rides from Subaru with the BPRC logo and running images. Indeed, the Subaru Outback, Subaru Forester and Subaru B9 Tribeca have added a bit of Big Peach flair to local trailheads (see picture below), events and the parking lots of our four stores. Needless to say, we are proud to announce that Subaru is the official vehicle of Big Peach Running Co.!

This is not a coincidental partnership — BPRC and Subaru have much in common. Subaru has long been committed to supporting the active outdoor lifestyle through its involvement with countless events and organizations. It's a lifestyle that Big Peach Running Co. embraces and promotes... and a lifestyle that you live every day. Locally, you will find Subaru supporting running road races, triathlons, duathlons, adventure races, road and off-road cycling events and organizations such as SORBA and the Nantahala Outdoor Center. BPRC is honored to be associated with a brand that shares the same values and commitments as our own.

BPRC Trail Series Presented by Subaru

We're pleased to announce the BPRC Trail Series presented by Subaru! The series consists of four trail runs at different times and locations throughout the year:

2009 Trail Series Dates & Locations

January 31st Gold Branch Unit, Chattahoochee National Recreation Area

June 14 Sope Creek Branch, Chattahoochee National Recreation Area

August 2 Vickery Creek, Chattahoochee National Recreation Area

October 25 Sweetwater Creek

These events are not races, and runners as well as walkers of all speeds and experience levels are welcome to attend. We are passionate trail runners and hikers at BPRC and it is our hope to spread this passion to a larger segment of the running/walking community. The metro-Atlanta area is home to some absolutely spectacular trails... many of which are yet to be discovered. This trail series is designed to introduce the running communities of metro Atlanta and beyond to the joy of trail running and the tasty network of trails that exist within a relatively short drive.
