Not only do we offer clinics discussing relevant topics at all of our stores, we also have fun, (sometimes goofy) theme-based group runs too!  All BPRC clinics are free and open to runners and walkers of all abilities.

September 25 Yoga For Runners - Midtown

Our Midtown store's regularly scheduled Thursday night group run has an added bonus on September 25th - a free 45 minute post-run yoga class presented by Wanderlust.  Head out for a casual 5K run and then cool down and stretch it out during the yoga class.  The run starts at 6:30, and the yoga class will begin at approximately 7:15. Join us for one or both! Please bring your mat.
