Not only do we offer clinics discussing relevant topics at all of our stores, we also have fun, (sometimes goofy) theme-based group runs too!  All BPRC clinics are free and open to runners and walkers of all abilities.

September 8 Yoga For Runners - Decatur

Keep your runner's body fit and flexible by cross training with Yoga!  Agni Ma Mushkin, Yoga Programs Coordinator & Senior Yoga Instructor at Kashi Atlanta, comes to BPRC Decatur with a 1-hour Yoga and Egoscue (gentle exercises for posture correction) class.  Learn great ways to keep injuries away, and run stronger and safer. Please bring yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.  You're going to have a great workout! Space is limited.

15K Group Trail Run - Kennesaw

One of the best perks of our Kennesaw store is its close proximity to the trails! Join our crew for a 15K (9.3 mile) trail run on Saturday, September 13 at 8:00am. The out and back course leaves from our store, covering the first mile on roads as we make our way to the trails.  We’ll have an aid station set up at mile 3.3 with fuel and hydration that you’ll pass again on the way back. (If 15K is a bit much, you can turn around here, and head back for a 6.6 miler. In fact, with an out and back course, you can turn around at any point that makes sense for you!) Pearl Izumi is bringing shoes to test drive if you’re looking for some new trail kicks. This is not a race, just a fun trail run or hike with like-minded peeps. All paces welcome!
