Not only do we offer clinics discussing relevant topics at all of our stores, we also have fun, (sometimes goofy) theme-based group runs too!  All BPRC clinics are free and open to runners and walkers of all abilities.

Sounds crazy, but many runners do not use their gluteal muscles when they run. In fact, Physical Therapist Kelly Conley tells us that it is not uncommon for the gluteal muscle group to be weak or deactivated in even the most elite athletes. This can lead to injury throughout the body as other muscle groups take up the slack. Thankfully, Kelly is coming to BPRC Decatur to teach us how to tell if our glutes are working, and how to strengthen and reactive this off shut-down muscle group.
