BPRC Group Runs
Looking for group runs? We've got 'em. And not only that, but when you run from BPRC, you'll have access to changing rooms, bathrooms, water, even a shower for those who need to clean up for whatever comes next. All locations also offer various establishments that are appropriate for taking care of hunger and thirst following the run and are but a short walk/drive from each store. There are also special, one-time only group runs offered during the course of the year and if you sign up for our weekly e-newsletter, we'll keep you posted as to when these will be held.

BPRC Alpharetta: Our Alpharetta group meets Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Great course maps offering a variety of distances are available, with most runners going 2-4 miles. We're only 1.5 miles away from the Alpharetta Greenway for a great traffic-free running experience! On Thursdays at 6:15pm, become a stronger runner by joining our Run Health workout.
BPRC Brookhaven: Become a stronger, more fit runner on Monday nights at our free Run Health Workout from 6:30-7:15pm. Join us Tuesday evenings at 6:30, Wednesday evenings at 6:30 and Thursday evenings at 6:15 for runs through historic and scenic Brookhaven. Team in Training leads the Wednesday run and all are welcome to join. Course maps are available for a variety of distances, and the courses also deliver a degree of old-fashioned sun protection...in the form of shade from the many trees along the way. We also have morning runs for the early birds at 7:30am on Saturdays.
BPRC Decatur: Run through fabulous downtown Decatur Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. Our Tuesday night run/walk is often led by Team Challenge. As with our other locations we have course maps available for a variety of distances. Come and hang out at our beautiful outdoor patio and have a cool drink of water as you warm up or cool down. On Wednesdays at 6:30pm, become a stronger runner by joining our Run Health workout.
BPRC Kennesaw: Enjoy a relatively flat out and back 4 mile run (longer or shorter if you prefer) every Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm on a designated pedestrian path, safe from traffic. We mix it up every now and then, enjoying our close proximity to Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield Park. On Wednesdays at 6:30pm, become a stronger runner by joining our Run Health workout.
BPRC Marietta: East Cobbers enjoy 2.3, 3.3, and 5.1 mile routes through quiet residential neighborhoods every Monday at 6:30pm. Enjoy post-run pizza on us, the first Monday of each month. On Wednesday mornings at 6:15am, one of our staff members leads a speed workout at the track at Walton High School. Become a stronger runner by joining our Thurday night Run Health workouts at 7:00pm.
BPRC Midtown: Every Monday from 6:30-7:15pm become a stronger runner at our free Run Health workout. Enjoy a great in-town running tour Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. Our runs are led by a BPRC team staff member who lives in the neighborhood, and knows the best routes. We also have a run/walk group meeting at the same time. Black Girls Run will be part of the group to add to the fun. We run 2, 4 and 6 miles. Our Wednesday morning Speedy Peaches speed workouts is on winter hiatus as of November 5th. Also availble is a Saturday run at 7:30am - routes of various distances.
BPRC Suwanee: Every Monday from 6:30-7:15pm become a stronger runner at our free Run Health workout. Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm we offer 1, 3, 4, and 6 mile run/walk opportunities on a well lit, pleasant route right outside our door. Our Suwanee Peaches come out in big numbers each week - usually over 100 runners make for a festive weeknight run! *Join us for the long run on Sundays at 7:30am. We meet at the store every Sunday except the 2nd Sunday of each month when we head out for some trail running fun at Haw Creek Park. Meet us at the trail, or carpool/caravan from our store.
