rING In The New Year With BPRC!…and our friends from the ING Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon and Mizuno USA! Anyone can have a New Year’s Eve celebration, but at BPRC, we always like to run or walk at the head of the pack. So we’re hosting an Eve of New Years Eve Bash at BPRC Decatur on Tuesday, Dec. 30!Why? To help you get a jump on your New Year’s Resolution by signing up for the ING Georgia Marathon or Half Marathon. The race application fee increases on Jan. 1, and we figured getting in at the lower fee is a good excuse to party like it’s 2009! Everyone who signs up at BPRC Decatur during this event will save $5.00 off the current price of the half marathon, and $10.00 off the price of the full, AND will receive a free Mizuno DRYSCIENCE technical T! We start the festivities at BPRC Decatur with a 6:30pm 3-5 mile group run or walk lead by the Mizuno/ING GA Marathon Pace Team. Our route will take you on part of the ING course! Then, the party really begins! We finish the run at Raging Taco, the private party room attached to Raging Burrito where there will be food and adult beverage specials to get the shindig going. Of course no BPRC/ING event would be complete without great people and great prizes. Representatives from Mizuno USA will be on hand with the opportunity to win a free pair of their award winning running shoes, and other goodies. ING folks will also be there with some cool give-aways and incentives, and you’ll get a chance to meet the ING GA Marathon Race Director who is adding a free entry into the door prize gift bag! Want to look like a marathoner? To continue with our early New Year's celebration, we are also offering a 25% discount on ING GA Marathon apparel at all 4 BPRC locations from Dec. 24th through Dec. 31! In-store registration is going on right now at all four BPRC locations for the 8th annual Chattahochee Challenge 10K. This fast, fun event takes place at the Chatthoochee Nature Center, and is a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier. Ask us for a complimentary pass to the nature center when you register.
