Southern Odyssey Kick Off & Scavenger Hunt

Race Director Eric Lerude will be at BPRC Atlanta Saturday to give you the 411 on this amazing event. Picture it…200 miles from Athens to Roswell via the N. GA mountains including a visit through Helen, 12 person teams, 24 hours…now that’s cool! Sign up before the end of the year and save $300 off the entry fee. Sign up at BPRC, and the team captain receives a $25.00 gift card for putting it all together.

To help get you into the team spirit, we couldn’t just have your every day, run of the mill clinic…nope…not us...we’re going to help kick off the Southern Odyssey Relay Adventure with a scavenger hunt! Here’s the scoop: teams of 2 arrive at BPRC Atlanta no later than 7:30am, on Sat., 11/14. Start by taking the trivia quiz to determine team start order. While we check your answers, (hint, this is a race in North Georgia,) Eric will tell you about the Southern Odyssey Relay and address any questions you may have. Then, armed with a digital camera, or cell phone with camera, follow the clues for the scavenger hunt. The course is about 3-4 miles long. First team back is not necessarily the winner. (By the way you do not have to take part in the scavenger hunt to learn about the race, and you do not have to sign up for the race to take part in the hunt.)
