Todd Liscomb

Todd Liscomb’s passion for running began at the young age of 11, after completing his first road race, (a 4.75 mile race) and finishing about 280th place out of 9,000 runners.  Todd’s competitive edge and will to succeed began here and continued throughout junior high school, high school, college and continues today.

The Connecticut native’s running success earned him All-State and All-New England honors for Cross-Country his junior and senior year in high school. Todd walked onto the Cross-Country team at Old Dominion University in 1991 with aspirations of running varsity on the NCAA Division I squad.  After completing his first transfer year and finishing on the Top-5 for his team in every race, he earned a scholarship for his remaining time at ODU, graduating with a B.A. in English/Journalism in 1994.

Upon moving to Atlanta in 1995, Todd’s running was at a peak between 1995-1997 as he ran P.R.’s in distances from 1 mile to the half-marathon, including a 38th overall finish at the 1997 Peachtree Road Race with a time of 31:30.  Todd married his lovely wife Kay in 1999 and has since run 4 marathons competitively since 2000.

Todd works full-time for Big Peach Running Co. as the Director of Special Events & Marketing.  Along with his passion for promoting and marketing Big Peach, Todd enjoys sharing the stories and advice of a long-time runner to customers.  Todd and his wife Kay currently reside with their dog, Cassius Clay in Dallas, Georgia.
