Jared Carson
Jared began running in 2000 as a freshman in high school. His initial reason was simply to condition himself for soccer in the spring. However, running soon turned into a passionate sport that Jared continues to competitively pursue today. His competitive running days in high school landed him a college scholarship in both cross country and track. Over the years, a determined mindset combined with hard work allowed Jared to become a two-time All American in Cross Country and Track during his senior year. Once Jared graduated, he realized he had a strong desire to share his passion with others. Therefore he decided he wanted to help others pursue a healthy and active lifestyle, and what better way to do so than join the Big Peach family!
Jared began working in running specialty back in 2004, before joining Big Peach Running Co. in August 2009. Over the years, he has gained valuable knowledge of the sport and has personally dealt with many ups and downs that come along with this great lifestyle. Whether it’s the perfect shoe, latest and greatest piece of apparel, or that stubborn injury that just want go away, he is very anxious to get you and out and keep you out running and walking! Jared is the General Manager of our Atlanta location.
